3. Using OTTER via email

Send your "Gene List" and "Keyword List" (no more than five keywords) to the following e-mail address :

Then you will get the Output Charts and Table of OTTER run in 3~5 working days.

We have powerful clusters and workstations in our lab and institute. But the network firewall prohibits any connection from computers outside our institute. Thus, please send your input files (Gene List File and Keyword File) to us via email. Our technician will check this email-box twice everyday and submit your jobs ASAP. You will receive your results via email very soon.

4. Using OTTER on this web-server

The computing resource on this web-server is limited. Extensive usage in a short time will cause unexpected delay and massive waste of queuing time. If you feel difficult to download and set up the local version of OTTER on Windows PC or Linux server, and you don't want to use OTTER via email either, you can go to the  OTTER Submit  page to upload your files and wait for the results.

Academic users can use Output Charts and Tables of OTTER in publication or presentation.
